MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE RULES
1.1 Voluntary Website Purchases
To the extent permitted by applicable law, trial and subscription purchases made via our website may be refunded or exchanged only if you contact us at support@glamguides.com within 30 days after your initial purchase and before the end of your first subscription period. Beyond the refund rules outlined in our Terms of Use and Service and those mandated by law (if any), if you were offered a money-back guarantee at checkout, you may request a voluntary refund—covering only the cost of the base subscription—within that same 30-day window. After 30 days or once your first subscription period ends, all purchases become non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
1.2 Exclusions
Only the cost of the base subscription is eligible for a refund. Any additional purchases — such as Style Guides, AI Coach, or other add-ons — are non-refundable.
1.3 Store Purchases
For payments made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refunds are governed by Apple’s or Google’s refund policies, respectively. Please contact the store where you purchased to request a refund.
